Refund Policy

Since my chocolates are perishable/personalised I cannot except returns or refunds.

If you would like to cancel an order it would need to be no later than 24 hours after placing. Please email me at as soon as possible.

All my orders are packaged to the highest of standards with plenty of bubble wrap and packaging and nothing ever leaves me broken. However, there is always a small chance of breakage in transit which is out of my control when the parcel has left me. Although disappointing, please remember they are still edible. I cannot be held responsible for any damages.
