Refund policy

Returns

Since chocolates are perishable items I can only accept returns and issue refunds for orders that arrive broken. If this is the case, I need photographic evidence of the damage to the outer postal box and of the damage to the actual product. This must be sent to me within 24 hours of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, you need to return the item to me in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
