Thank you so much for shopping with Freddielicious! Every order is made with love and care, and I want to make sure it reaches you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how I get your goodies to you.
🇬🇧 Where We Ship
I currently ship within the UK only. We hope to expand in the future, but for now we're keeping things close to home!
🕐 Handling Time
Because everything in our shop is lovingly handmade to order, please allow up to 10 working days for us to prepare your order before it's dispatched. We always aim to get things out sooner where I can — I’m just as excited for you to receive it as you are!
🚚 Delivery
Once your order is on its way, I send everything via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1st Class), which typically arrives within 1–2 working days from the date of dispatch.
So from the moment you place your order, please allow up to 12 working days in total (10 days preparation + 1–2 days delivery).
💷 Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order:
- Up to 2kg — £5.50
- Up to 5kg — £8.95
📦 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey. You can track your order directly on the Royal Mail website.
😟 Damaged Parcels
I pack every order with great care, but occasionally things can go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order details, and I’ll do my very best to make it right. Please refer to my Refund Policy for full details.
